- Order Cancellation
Procedure: You may request to cancel an order by contacting our customer care team.
Reasoning: Cancellations are allowed with a valid reason, such as a change of mind before the item is shipped. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds
Defective or Wrong Product: If you receive a wrong or defective product, a free replacement will be provided. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Refund will be initiated within 24 hours after verification of the physical product.
Refund for Returns: For eligible returns, the refund process will begin after the returned item is received and verified by our team. Once the item is confirmed to be in its original, sealed condition, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The processing time for the refund to reflect in your account is 24 hours.
