This Shipping and Return Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and handling returns for items purchased on Sarvazon.
- Shipping
Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Standard Delivery is 3 days within India.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and are subject to the schedule and efficiency of our courier partners. Sarvazon is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Returns
Return Period: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened for hygiene and quality control purposes, especially for categories like clothing, homeware, or groceries.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care@sarvazon.com. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
